Swim: Athletes will swim an L shape swim course keeping the buoys on the right the whole time. Intermediate athletes will turn at the orange buoys; however the Half athletes will swim pass the orange swimming all the green buoys.

Bike: The bike course is fast, and features an 11.5 mile loop (square with right hand turns). Relatively no hills, and minimal traffic out on the county roads with lots of law enforcement and volunteer support.

Run: The run course is an honest route that is gradually uphill on the way out, and downhill on the return. Half athletes run it twice allowing them to see spectators and the competition. Times can be very quick on this course.
