Try Tri Kid and Youth Triathlons are the perfect opportunity to introduce your swimmer, runner, biker, or outdoor enthusiast to the sport of Triathlon! With two distances for children ages 5 and up-there is a course that fits all abilities. These races are family friendly allowing parents to be involved as much or as little as they like. Although not extremely competitive in nature, these races are chip timed providing your little athlete with split times for each leg of the race. The swim is in a pool, with lifeguards in the water to assist the children who need it. The bike and run are both on paved bike trails which are closed to traffic. This race provides a fun, safe, and fast way for kids to compete in the great sport of Triathlon!
Kids Super Sprint (5-9 years old): 25 Yard swim, 2 Mile Bike, .5 Mile Run
Youth Sprint (10-17 years old): 50 Yard Swim, 4 Mile Bike, 1 Mile Run
